Joseph Assad has been at the forefront of creating some of the most memorable branded content spots over the past six years. He has created a number of Emmy’s promos for Audi of America with such talent as Melissa McCarthy, Joel McHale and Jeremy Piven. In 2013, he created “The Challenge” for Audi with Leonard Nimoy and Zachary Quinto, which was called “the single greatest ad of all time” by Slate. In 2014, he created “Barely Legal Pawn” for Audi with Bryan Cranston, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Aaron Paul. The six-minute video won a Silver Cannes Lions, as well as a CLIO Award amongst others. In 2015, he was named to The Holmes Report "Innovator 25" list, for being one of the people who are shaping what influence and engagement will look like tomorrow (link).
Assad, who was with PMK•BNC for 11 years, held a handful of roles, including overseeing the New York office from 2004 thru 2012. He then went on to launch Vowel, PMK•BNC’s digital offering. Additionally, he led efforts on video content development projects for clients including Audi, Samsung Electronics, Ted Baker and more. Prior to PMK•BNC, he worked at The Golf Digest Companies, Sports Illustrated and The Buffalo Bills of the NFL. He holds a Masters Degree in Journalism from Columbia University.

Kay has been the long-time representative to numerous respected multi-hyphenate talent, including Jimmy Kimmel, Amy Poehler, Jack Black, Tracy Morgan, Will Arnett, Sarah Silverman, Bill Simmons, Joel McHale, Will Forte, and many more. An adept strategist, Kay has overseen and helped implement some of the biggest moments in pop culture on behalf of his clients, which includes securing numerous high-profile hosting opportunities such as the Academy Awards, Primetime Emmy Awards, Golden Globe Awards, White House Correspondents’ Dinner, MTV Movie & Television Awards, and many more.
In addition to managing their personal brands, Kay also represents a selection of production companies and media entities, including Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Paper Kite Productions (Broad City, Difficult People), Electric Avenue (The Gong Show, Flaked), and The Ringer brand including their website and successful podcast network.
Previously, Kay served as EVP and COO of PMK•BNC’s Entertainment Division, where he built and oversaw the Talent, Television, Special Events, Film, Music, Lifestyle, and Personal Brand Management departments. During his tenure with the agency, Kay led numerous high-profile public relations campaigns for talent clients, The Television Academy including multiple Emmy Awards, the launch of Grantland, 30 for 30 and Maxim Magazine.
